Watch here: Recount Update 7/31/22.
We look forward to seeing you on Sunday, August 7th @ 6 PM for this week's update! (Location: 2860 S. Circle Drive, Colorado Springs, 80906)
WE HAVE NOT CONCEDED!
We have NOT conceded our race!
Patriots, be advised that we have NOT conceded the race for Clerk & Recorder. Along with majority of the Top Line, Constitutional candidates our election was blatantly stolen, AGAIN!
We are diligently investigating the next steps to take. Remember, we as a collective are NOT impotent. Please stay vigilant for updates (to be posted on the website and through our emails), and know that we are still in the trenches fighting for you.
"Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit," says the Lord of hosts.- Zechariah 4:6 (NKJV)
For reference, below is a graph of the algorithms for the Secretary of State race- note how each graph is an exact mirror of the others, and it is statistically impossible for this pattern to occur naturally. We are analyzing the data for other Top Line races across the state as we are seeing similar patterns...nearly every Top Line candidate here in El Paso County was defeated by a 70-30% spread. These results are highly suspicious at best, fraudulent in truth.
As County C&R, you may think that being pro-life is a non-issue, but below, Peter explains why that is not the case. In fact, it's so important he has now been added to Colorado For Life's endorsement list!
I realize that the office of Clerk & Recorder may not seem like it has much influence over abortion related issues, however, it could in-fact. The Clerk & Recorder (CR) will be the office that oversees any sort of petition done within El Paso County for a Sanctuary County for Life initiative - ie reviewing signatures received to qualify for the ballot. Much like the current Sec of State who is highly partisan and has a habit of not certifying petitions she/Dems don't agree with, a similar situation could happen here in El Paso County with a CR not supportive of, or even opposed to, such an initiative. As an example:
- Collecting 50-55K signatures to get 40K approved for ballot initiative qualification - assuming the average signature disqualification rate of 25-30%VERSUS
- Needing to collect 80-100K+ to get 40K approved for ballot initiative qualification - current SOS regularly disqualifies 50-70% of signatures for initiatives she/Dems do not approve of.A CR willing to follow the direction and influence of the current SOS (heaven forbid she remain in office) could completely derail such and effort. Additionally, should the matter end up going through the SOS, the CR will be the election official advocate for El Paso County - that person will either fight for the initiative or throw their hands up and say "sorry we can't, the SOS said so..." like our current CR does and his men-tee Steve Schleiker (my opponent) has already committed to doing if elected.I hope this sheds a little bit of light on how this office could in-fact have great influence in the fight for Life and ending abortion here in El Paso County and as an advocate with the state for issues that are at that level.
Everyone's talking "Top Line"!
Here is a link to a Guest Article in the most recent Springs Taxpayers newsletter. The writer, Dan Smith, offers his perspective about the best Primary candidates (just 10 days away!) and does a great job of explaining why Republicans should be voting Top Line on their ballots! Thank you Dan!

A Man of Action!
Earlier this week Peter was able to provide testimony at a Secretary of State (SOS) Rules Hearing regarding the amendment and/or expansion of existing election rules issued by the SOS. This hearing was focused specifically on making permanent rule updates and additions based on 2021 legislation and the "Emergency Rules" issued by the SOS in February 2022.
Peter's testimony (which can be read in full by clicking on the link below) firstly reaffirms and honors his commitment to fight for the security and integrity of our elections and election systems as a private citizen. Secondly, and more importantly, it demonstrates his resolve to continue this battle as your next Clerk & Recorder - serving as your elected voice and representative within the legislative process and with the SOS.

Peter Testifies at County Commission Meeting
Peter, along with dozens of other El Paso County residents, testifies AGAINST the renewal of the Runbeck ballot printing contracts, based on the awarding of a sole-source contract without going through the competitive bid contract process.
Peter & Peters join forces!
Peter Lupia and Tina Peters (candidate for Secretary of State) joined forces at a peaceful protest at the State Capitol coordinated by USEIP in opposition to SB22-153. This bill would destroy local county autonomy over elections and centralize election operations and oversight into the Secretary of State's office.
